I was asked how I made my water shine in my work Illusions and Dreams. This is the way I did - I used a glittering I made.
I just made a layer with glittering, lowered the opacity and it was perfect. I am sure it can be used very well with other things too - not only water. Zip file conteins transparent png file. If you want a bigger file with the glitterings, just ask  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
